THE DUAL GRILL
USES OF THE GRILL

The grill is a dual circuit grill which means that the full area of the grill can be used or for economy purposes, the
centre section only can be used when cooking smaller quantities of food.
SELECTING THE GRILL
lSelect the grill function for full grillEnsure the handle is correctly located. It is not
necessary to remove the grill pan handle during
lSelect the grill function for centre section onlygrilling.
l Turn the temperature control knob to the right as
far as it will go. This is the hottest setting.
lTo use the grill at lower settings, turn the
temperature control knob so that 110°C or 150°C
on the knob lines up with the off dot on the panel.
THINGS TO NOTE
THE GRILL DOOR MUST BE LEFT OPEN DURING
GRILLING.To remove the handle, slide the handle to the right
and lift the handle away from the cut out on the grill
If the grill door is accidentally closed during grilling, apan.

This will occur after approximately 10 minutes.
Some smoke from fat splashes may be evident as
the grill cleans itself.
THE GRILL PAN AND HANDLE
The grill pan is supplied with a removable handle.
